Andreas Hoeffener

Director of Opperations

Bio:

Andreas Hoefener brings over 30 years of experience in both commercial and private aviation, with a distinguished career that spans global markets. He has played a key role in launching aviation startups in Canada and Nigeria, and has successfully facilitated aircraft sales across both public and private sectors. As a seasoned consultant, Andreas advises aviation companies on cost-saving strategies and operational efficiency, consistently delivering measurable results. he is the creator of the Fire nest program that saves lives and reduces forest fire damages to communities. Beyond aviation, he is a dedicated youth motivator and counselor, committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders in and out of the cockpit.

John Poindexter

Director of Asia Markets & Due Dilligence

Bio:

Extensive global experience in aviation, aircraft transactions, and leasing, including work with airlines, lessors, spares suppliers, MROs, and executive management across 63+ countries. Career includes roles in charter & ACMI leasing, commercial aircraft and turbine engine sales, cross-border leasing, and spares distribution. Served as VP of Maintenance at an FAA/EASA Part 145 heavy maintenance facility. Currently a consultant to a cargo airline and two startup carriers, performing technical services including PPI and lease return inspections. Closed over 180 aircraft and engine transactions. Most recently, global sales support manager for a turbine aircraft manufacturer

Roger is the Business Development Manager at ClubHouse Aviation, leveraging 20+ years of industrial logistics experience to drive aviation supply chain solutions. As founder of Big Rock Mountain and Big Rock Technologies, he specializes in procurement, equipment leasing, and AI-driven tools that enhance maintenance and extend component life. He has worked with global leaders including FedEx, BAE, and Air Inuit, building strategic partnerships that support operational efficiency in aviation.
